Bonham Nursing and Rehab

The Bonham Area Chamber of Commerce is highlighting Bonham Nursing and Rehab this week as one of our longtime business members.

Bonham Nursing and Rehab, located at 709 W 5th, has been open since the '70s. Daybreak Venture, the current owner, has owned and operated the facility since 1995. Their company currently has a staff of forty employees.

 The facility and team at Bonham Nursing and Rehab provide short and long term care. And most insurances are accepted as well as MCR and MCD. The company also does respite and palliative care. Some of their main specializations are in their wonderful therapy team that covers all three areas of Speech, Physical, and Occupational therapies.

This spotlight sheds some light on improvements coming to Bonham Nursing and Rehab. They are currently updating several areas of their building and plan to have an open house in the spring when the work is done. We at the Chamber will be looking forward to it!

Something special to know about Bonham Nursing and Rehab is that they received a deficiency free survey this past year and have excellent quality measures. Their smaller size makes them uniquely able to provide more one on one time. They also allow smoking. And currently, they have one private room available! Beyond their day to day work in the nursing and rehab field, this Chamber member tries to be involved in as many communities as possible. They are Chamber members in both Bonham and Honey Grove, and attend many health fairs. They also assist the senior center in delivering meals to the community. The Chamber wants to specially acknowledge this during their spotlight week of March 12th. We are glad to call Bonham Nursing and Rehab a member for the past many years, and we look forward to serving them for many years to come.
