The Honey Grove Lady Warriors improved to 9-3 on the season and 3-0 in district with a solid 7-2 win over the Campbell Lady Indians.

Maddy Cason scored two runs and drove in another run with a 2-for-4 performance swinging the bat. Mikiyia Johnson went 2-for-3, scored a run and had one stolen base.

Bree Cason scattered five hits to notch her ninth win of the year.

The Lady Warriors will have a week to enjoy this successful start to district play before their next game March 20 against Wolfe City.
