FORT WORTH, Texas –– Hill School, a Fort Worth college preparatory, full-service school for students who learn differently, has earned its AdvancED accreditation from the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Council on Accreditation and School Improvement (SACS CASI), one of the nation's six acknowledged accreditation agencies. The geographic territory of SACS CASI includes Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas.

Hill School received accreditation for maintaining a well-balanced, full-service education program and for meeting standards considered essential for quality education. The AdvancED accreditation process uses a balanced, systemic approach combining standards, rigorous classroom observations, stakeholder feedback, and student performance to measure quality programs, relationships and results.

“It’s an honor for Hill School to receive accreditation for the 33rd consecutive year, as it is a testament to how hard we work to provide a place for students to hone their academic skills while participating in athletics, fine arts, and community activities,” said Roxann Breyer, head of school at Hill School. “We at Hill School are driven by a commitment to ensure all learners have the opportunity to succeed in the classroom and beyond.”

Established in 2006, AdvancED is the largest community of pre-k-12 education professionals in the world, serving 32,000 institutions that employ more than four million educators and enroll more than 20 million students. AdvancED conducts on-site external reviews of pre-k-12 institutions to ensure continuous improvement in schools across the United States and 70 other nations.
