Call to Order

1. Consider and take action to approve minutes of the March 12th regular meeting.

2. Consider and take action to accept financial report for month ending March 31, 2018.                            

3. Citizens Opportunity to Speak:  [The City Council invites persons with comments or observations to briefly  address the Council for the limited purpose of determining whether the matter should be referred to staff for study  and response and/or be placed on a future meeting agenda.  State law prohibits the City Council from  considering deliberations on any item not listed on the posted City Council Agenda.]

5. Presentation of Proclamation for Red River Art, Wine and Music Fest Day.

6. Receive informational presentation by representatives of Bonham Manufacturers’ Roundtable regarding their sponsorship of the Bonham Housing Action Plan (B-HAP) and possible guidance to staff.

7. Consider and take action on a Special Use Permit allowing the property at 7402 Lakeview Dr (Lakeview #1 lot #33) to place a manufactured home on the lot.

8. Consider and take action to approve the creation and appointment of the Vision Bonham Implementation Committee.

9. Consider and take action to approve contract for Election Services between the Fannin County Clerk and the City of Bonham for the May 5, 2018 election.

10. Consider and take action on RFP/RFQ for Consultant to provide Financial Advisor Services for the Sanitary Sewer Collection System Improvements and Water Distribution System Improvements Projects funded through the Texas Water Development Board Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund FY 2018-2019.

11. Consider and take action on RFP/RFQ for Consultant to provide Bond Counsel Services for the Sanitary Sewer Collection System Improvements and Water Distribution System Improvements Projects funded through the Texas Water Development Board Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund FY 2018-2019.

12. Consider and take action on RFQ for Engineering Services for the Sanitary Sewer Collection System Improvements Project funded through the Texas Water Development Board Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund FY 2018-2019.

13. Consider and take action on RFQ for Engineering Services for the Water Distribution System Improvements Project funded through the Texas Water Development Board Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund FY 2018-2019.

14. Consider and take action to place donated memorial plaques for Willie Carpenter under the Magnolia trees at Powder Creek Park.

15. Recess into closed executive session for deliberations regarding real property as permitted by Texas Government Code §551.072.

16. Reconvene in open public session and consider and take action, if necessary, on matter of discussion during closed executive session
