Eucha: March 30. Elevation above normal, water high 50s and muddy. Largemouth bass slow on crankbaits, spinnerbaits and finesse jigs in coves, around points, riprap and shallows. Crappie slow on hair jigs and tube jigs around brush structure, dam, deep bluffs, discharge and main lake. White bass fair on hair jigs, plastic baits and sassy shad along creek channels and discharge. Before the rain white bass were beginning to run in the discharge water and the crappie and largemouth bass bite was picking up. Expect a slower bite now but it should improve as the week goes. Channel catfish fair on worms, shad and dough bait on bottom around docks, island and rocky structures. Saueye fair on crankbaits and worms along sandbars and rocky points morning and night. Spavinaw: March 30. Elevation above normal, water high 50s and muddy. Largemouth bass fair on square billed crankbaits, finesse jigs and spinnerbaits in coves, around docks, points and shallows. Crappie slow on hair jigs, minnows and tube jigs around brush structure, dam, discharge and docks. Walleye and white bass slow on hair jigs, plastic baits and worms along dam, discharge, points and riprap. Due to the rain the bite in the discharge water within the state park will slow down until the water calms down. After that expect crappie, walleye, and largemouth bass to bite good again. Tenkiller: March 30. Elevation above normal, water murky. White bass, crappie, largemouth bass, smallmouth bass and spotted bass good on Alabama rigs, bill baits, hair jigs, sassy shad and small lures along creek channels. Due to recent flooding on the Illinois River, the lake has jumped from normal to 8 ft. above normal. Water temperature and conditions are right for white bass to spawn, but fishing conditions in the river are prohibitive due to flooding. HOWEVER: Clear feeder creeks flowing into the lake have drawn white bass in to alternative spawning grounds. If you are going to fish Tenkiller this week for white bass you might try these sites throughout the main lake. Ft. Supply: April 2. Elevation normal. Walleye slow on minnows and jigs in the main lake. With the constant changing weather pattern here lately it’s difficult to predict with an accuracy what will biting from one day to the next. Southeast

Arbuckle: April 1. Elevation above normal, water 61 and cloudy. Largemouth bass good on worm, tube or jig at 8-10 ft. off the bank; they are trying to spawn. Smallmouth bass being caught on spinnerbaits, crankbaits and jerk baits off rocky banks. Crappie being caught on small jigs in coves and on minnows and jigs off docks. White bass being caught on spinnerbaits and rattletraps up creeks. Channel catfish good on dead minnows and dough bait where fresh water is coming in. Muddy water is making fishing tough. Eufaula: March 31. Elevation above normal, water murky. Blue catfish excellent on hot dogs and worms along creek channels, river channel and river mouth. Crappie good on jigs along creek channels, rocks and shallows. Striped bass fair on jigs, live bait, live shad, small lures and topwater lures below the dam and along the dam.
