Constantine Masonic Lodge #13 A.F. & A.M. in Bonham recently presented their Educator of the Year Award to Carol Ellis of Finley-Oates Elementary.

Carol has taught first grade at Finley-Oates since 2006, and prior to that taught several years at L.H. Rather Junior High in Special Education before announcing her retirement this year.  She looks forward to new adventures travelling with her husband Rick and their dog, Bella. 

Ms. Ellis also received a Certificate of Appreciation as well as the Mirabeau B. Lamar Medal of Excellence.  Making the presentation to Ms. Ellis is Johnny Neal of Constantine Masonic Lodge.
