Jody Kneupper named Hawaiian Falls Managing Director

ProParks Waterpark Holdings has hired Jody Kneupper as Managing Director for Hawaiian Falls Waterparks. Kneupper will lead the five Texas waterparks in The Colony, Garland, Mansfield, Roanoke, and Waco.

“Jody brings a wealth of experience to Hawaiian Falls,” said Curt Caffey, President of ProParks Water Holdings. "Most recently, Jody served as Regional General Manager for Premier Parks and was based at Wet’n Wild Splashtown located in Houston. He will be an integral part in leading our growth in Texas.”



Having served in the waterpark industry since 1989, Kneupper has held leadership positions with Schlitterbahn, Raging Waters, Wet’n Wild Las Vegas, Mountain Creek Waterpark, Magic Springs Theme Park, Wild Waves in Seattle, and several others.

Kneupper is active in several amusement industry associations, and currently is Chairman of the Waterpark Committee for the International Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (IAAPA,) the largest trade association for the worldwide attractions industry.

He also serves on the Ellis & Associates Advisory Board, an Instructor Trainer with E&A, the Board of Directors for the Model Aquatic Health Code, a Level One Inspector with the National Association of Amusement Ride Safety Officials, and is a licensed CPO and EMT for the state of Texas. He is a graduate of the University of Texas with a BBA in Finance.

Hawaiian Falls operates waterparks in Garland, The Colony, Mansfield, Roanoke and Waco, Texas. The waterparks are open to the public Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. More information is online at hfalls.com.
