Plano, Texas -- Robby Caldwell was born on May 21, 1932 and passed away on July 22, 2018.  He was born and raised in Van Alstyne, Texas by his mother and father who have since passed.  He served 8 years in the Air Force and spent most of his career at Texas Instruments. He enjoyed spending time with friends and family.  He loved reading books and he had a passion for learning. In recent years, he spent much of his time studying the Bible and attending church.  He always strived to learn new perspectives and understand those around him which made him a great father, husband and friend.

Robby had a very caring heart and always had time to listen.  His optimism was relentless, and he always loved to laugh.  For this reason, he was loved by all and he touched so many lives.

Robby Caldwell is survived by his wife of 49 years, Alicia Caldwell; his three sons, Stanley, Steven, and Rodney; two daughters-in-law Kimberly and Jennifer; and four grandchildren, Samuel, Lainie, Cameron, and Erica.
