Call to order

1.         Recess into closed executive session for deliberations regarding real property with City Attorney present for consultation as permitted by Texas Government Code §551.072 and §551.071.

2.         Reconvene in open public session and consider and take action on a resolution approving the sale of a multifamily housing property owned by the Bonham Housing Finance Corporation and approving the redemption prior to maturity of the Bonham Housing Finance Corporation Amended Mortgage Revenue Bonds, Series 1996A and Series 1996B with a portion of the sale proceeds; and enacting other provisions relating to the subject.
