Sherman -- It was an impressive start to the 2018 volleyball season by the Bonham Lady Warriors as Bonham traveled to Sherman on Saturday and split two scrimmage games against a program that was a Class 5A playoff team in 2017.

Bonham won the first set, 25-22.

Sherman came out strong in the second set and went up 6-1.  The Lady Warriors worked back into contention and only trailed 23-22 before dropping a 25-22 decision to the Lady Cats.

The Bonham Lady Warriors will travel to Caddo Mills for another scrimmage on Monday.

On Tuesday, the Lady Warriors will be in Pottsboro to take on Tom Bean and Pottsboro.
