Bells -- The Wolfe City Wolves moved to 2-0 with a 30-14 win over the Bells Panthers. The victory gives Wolfe City back-to-back wins on the road over Leonard and Bells.

The Wolves came out howling and scored one touchdown in the first period and another TD in the second quarter to go up 12-0 at halftime. Both teams hit pay dirt twice in the third period to make the score 24-14 heading into the fourth frame. Wolfe City scored once in the fourth quarter to put the finishing touches on a 30-14 victory.

Dylan Wilson led the Wolfe City rushing attack with 195 yards on 22 carries, including a pair of touchdown runs. Cody Greenway and Logan Green each rushed for one TD.

Through the air, Green was 4-of-7 for 114 yards. Greenway caught two passes for 78 yards.

Wolfe City (2-0) will host Cumby on Friday, September 14, while Bells (1-1) travels to Howe.
