Johnny was born February 17, 1970 to Bill and June (Deyhle) Flowers. He began working and mowing lawns at age 15 and graduated from Bonham High School in 1988. He married Lori Horton on January 5, 1991 in Ector. Johnny was employed by McCraw Oil as a transport driver and was previously employed by Foxworth-Galbraith and Bonham ISD. He was a hard worker and loved his family. He enjoyed bull-fighting around the area and after he retired, his son Justin took it up until the birth of his son Cooper.

Serving as pallbearers will be Tom Fox, Ken Fox, Dell Babers, Scott Miller, Jeff Robinson, Jimmy Caplinger, David Flannery, Larry McFarlin, Roy Lee Caffey, Brandon Reynolds and Dennis Cruze.

Johnny is survived by wife, Lori Flowers of Bonham, TX; daughter, Jayna Flowers of Bonham, TX; son, Justin Flowers and wife Lauren of Bonham, TX; grandson Cooper Flowers; mother, June Flowers of Bonham, TX; sisters, Susan Toland of Bonham, TX; Kim Barber and husband Bill (BJ) of Leonard, TX; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family and a host of friends.
