Bonham, Texas -- Memorial services for Terrie Jean (McDonald) Wilkerson, 55, of Bonham, Texas is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 27, 2019 at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home. Mrs. Wilkerson passed away on August 17, 2019 at her home.  

Terrie Jean (McDonald) Wilkerson was born in Denison, Texas on February 26, 1964 to Jim and Beverly (Parrish) McDonald. Terrie married Danny Joe Wilkerson in Bonham, Texas on September 2, 2008. She worked as a Certified Nurses Aid at IHS Mullican and later worked at Wal-Mart.

She is survived by husband Danny Wilkerson of Bonham, TX; daughter Stephanie Jones of Bonham, TX and husband Jaremy Jones of Honey Grove, TX; son Joshua McDonald of Bonham, TX; daughter Amanda McDonald and husband Nathan Idell of Bonham, TX; grandchildren Charles Taylor, Ray Taylor, Chasidy McDonald, Alyssa Williamson, Nathaniel Idell, Karissa Idell, Nicholas, Idell, Zackery Idell, Zeddric Idell, and Nekoda Idell; parents Jim and Beverly McDonald of Boyd Community; and three brothers Christopher McDonald and wife Tina of Bonham, TX, Michael McDonald of Bonham, TX, and Paul McDonald of Bonham, TX. 

Terrie has always been our “Sunshine”, to make our days so bright. She has always been our moon that makes our stars shine so bright each and every night. 

Terrie will now rest in peace in God’s hands and she will now be one of God’s special angels in Heaven. “We miss you and Love you Terrie.”
