Farmersville, Texas -- The Bonham Lady Warriors fell to the Farmersville Lady Farmers in straight sets on Tuesday, but two of the sets were very competitive. Scores were 25-18, 25-12 and 26-24.

Considering that Class 3A Bonham was playing on the road against a Farmersville team that is currently ranked No. 4 in Class 4A, it was an impressive outing. 

Bonham will compete in the annual Whitesboro Volleyball Tournament on Saturday.

Farmersville will pay a visit to Callisburg on Friday, August 23 for a 4:30 p.m. match.
