NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING

OF THE BOIS D’ ARC LAKE ZONING COMMISSION (BDA LZC)

The Bois d'Arc Lake Zoning Commission will hold a regular meeting on Thursday,

August 29, 2019 at 8:30 a.m. in the Bonham City Hall, City Council Chambers, located at 514 Chestnut, Bonham, Texas. The purpose of the meeting is for the discussion and possible action on the following agenda items:

1.                  Call to order / Establish Quorum;

2.                  Introductions;

3.                  Public Forum;

4.                  Approve Meeting Minutes from 07/11/2019;

5.                  Discussion, consideration and action to approve the BDA Lake Special/Variance Application;

6.                  Discussion, consideration and action regarding a 312 Re-investment Zone for Weisz properties;

7.                  Discussion, consideration and action regarding language and responsible parties in Section 8.04 Lake Area Development (Building) Permit in the Lake Zoning Regulations;

8.         Discussion, consideration and action on changes and/or modifications requested by landowners;

9.         Set next BDA LZC Regular Meeting date for October 3, 2019 at 8:30 a.m.;

10.       Adjourn
