4. Approve Meeting Minutes from 10/03/2019;

5. Discussion, consideration and action to approve the Bois d’Arc Lake Special Exception Application Form;

6. Discussion, consideration and action on changes and/or modifications requested by landowners;

7. Set next BDA LZC Regular Meeting date for December 12, 2019 at 8:30 a.m.;

8. Adjourn
