Hefner: November 13. Good stringers of white bass are being caught on white curly tail grubs, shad raps, rattle traps and other lures resembling gizzard shad in and around boat harbors, casting near points and boat docks. Report submitted by Keith Thomas, central region fisheries biologist.

Kaw: November 11. Elevation 2 ft. above normal, water 50s and stained. Crappie excellent on grubs, jigs, minnows and tube jigs around brush structure, in coves, riprap and standing timber. Blue and channel catfish excellent on cut bait, punch bait, shad, stinkbait and worms below the dam, along flats, main lake, river channel and river mouth. Keystone: November 7. Elevation above normal, water muddy. Blue catfish slow on cut bait below the dam and along channels. Crappie slow on minnows and jigs around docks. Report submitted by Karlin Bailey, game warden stationed in Creek County. 

Lower Illinois: November 8. Elevation above normal, water 60 and muddy. The river is still running 6000 cfs around the clock. Trout fair on PowerBait below the dam. Report submitted by Brek Henry, game warden stationed in Sequoyah County. 

Perry CCC: November 11. Elevation below normal, water murky. Trout slow on PowerBait in coves. Report submitted by Stephen Paul, game warden stationed in Nobel County. 

Sooner: November 11. Elevation normal, water murky. Striped bass hybrids good on live shad in the main lake. Largemouth bass fair on plastic baits along weed beds. Report submitted by Stephen Paul, game warden stationed in Noble County. 

Tenkiller: November 10. Elevation above normal, water 50s and murky. Largemouth and spotted bass good on bill baits, crankbaits, plastic baits and small lures in coves, along creek channels and docks. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush structure and docks. Northwest 

Canton: November 9. Elevation above normal, water clear. Channel catfish fair on shad along the river channel. Report submitted by Mark Walker, game warden stationed in Blaine County. 

Foss: November 11. Elevation 3/4 ft. below normal, water 50 and clear. Crappie good on jigs around docks. Walleye slow on live bait. Striped bass hybrids fair to good on slabs at 28-35 ft. Catfish fair on stinkbait. White bass fair. Report submitted by Eric Puyear, B & K Bait House. 

Ft. Supply: November 12. Elevation normal, water clear. Channel catfish slow on shad along channels and shallows. Walleye slow below the dam and discharge. Report submitted by Jason Badley, game warden stationed in Harper County. 

Southeast 

Arbuckle: November 9. Elevation 1/2 ft. above normal, water 58 and clear. Smallmouth bass good on spinnerbaits, grubs and square bill crankbaits. Largemouth bass good on shakey head worms and jerk baits. Crappie slow off docks and fair on spoons in the lake. White bass good on spoons along drop-off ledges. Report submitted by Jack Melton. 

Blue River: November 12. Elevation above normal, water 41 and slightly murky. Trout excellent on in-line spinnerbaits, PowerBait and spoons along channels, river channel and behind current breaks below falls. Channel catfish slow on chicken liver, dough bait and stinkbait around brush structure and river channel. Broken Bow: November 9. Elevation rising, water 63. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass good on crankbaits and flukes around brush structure and points. Crappie fair on jigs, minnows and spoons at 30 ft. around brush structure and standing timber. Report submitted by Dru Polk, game warden stationed in McCurtain County. 

Eufaula: November 8. Elevation above normal, water murky. Blue and channel catfish good on chicken liver, cut bait, hotdogs, stinkbait and worms along river channel and river mouth. Crappie good on minnows and tube jigs around brush structure and standing timber. Report submitted by Jake Bersche, game warden stationed in McIntosh County. 

Hugo: November 8. Elevation below normal, water 63 and murky. Blue, channel and flathead catfish fair on chicken liver, cut bait, dough bait, live bait, shad and sunfish below the dam, main lake, river channel and shorelines. Crappie good on minnows and jigs below the dam, around brush structure, main lake, river channel and standing timber. Report submitted by Andrew Potter, game warden stationed in Choctaw County. 

Konawa: November 7. Elevation normal, water 62 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on Alabama rigs, crankbaits, jigs and plastic baits in the main lake, around points and river channel. Striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on Alabama rigs, crankbaits and live shad in coves and river channel. Channel catfish good on chicken liver and stinkbait in coves, inlet and weed beds. Lower Mountain Fork: November 8. Elevation normal, water clear. Trout good on plastic baits and small lures below the dam and creek channels. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County. 

McGee Creek: November 9. Elevation above normal, water 67 and stained. Largemouth and spotted bass fair on crankbaits, grubs and plastic baits along creek channels, points and standing timber. Crappie, spotted bass and white bass fair on minnows along creek channels, river channel and standing timber. Report submitted by Jay Harvey, game warden stationed in Atoka County. 

Pine Creek: November 8. Elevation above normal, water 58 and murky. Largemouth bass slow on plastic baits along channels and in coves. Channel catfish fair on chicken liver along channels. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County. 

Robert S. Kerr: November 8. Elevation normal, water murky. Blue and channel catfish good on cut bait, dough bait, punch bait, shad and stinkbait in coves, creek channels, flats, main lake, points, river channel and river mouth. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush structure, creek channels, flats and standing timber. Report submitted by Allen Couch, game warden stationed in Haskell County. 

Sardis: November 8. Elevation rising, water 60. Largemouth and spotted bass fair on buzz baits, crankbaits, jerk baits, lipless baits, plastic baits, spinnerbaits and topwater lures around brush structure, points, rocks, shorelines, standing timber and weed beds. Blue, channel and flathead catfish fair on cut bait, shad and sunfish along channels, flats, main lake and shorelines. Crappie fair on hair jigs, minnows and tube jigs around brush structure, channels, points and standing timber. Report submitted by Dane Polk, game warden stationed in Pushmataha County. 

Texoma: November 9. Elevation above normal, water 61 and muddy. Striped bass good on Alabama rigs, flukes and live shad in the main lake and river channel. Striper are being caught on live bait with some dead sticking (will keep getting better with colder temperatures). Striped bass at 20-30 ft. on ledges, fishing on drift seems to be best method. Blue catfish good on cut bait, live shad and shad along channels, main lake and points. Blues are being caught on cut bait and shad, big pieces of cut bait means big fish. Crappie good on minnows and jigs around brush structure. Crappie under docks in 18-25 ft. hitting black/pink green/black jigs. Fall fishing patterns are in full swing with dead sticking starting up and crappie stacked under docks. Report submitted by Trey Hale, game warden stationed in Bryan County. 

Wister: November 8. Elevation above normal, water cloudy. Largemouth and spotted bass good on bill baits, crankbaits, plastic baits and spinnerbaits along channels, in coves, around points and shorelines. Blue and channel catfish good on cut bait, hotdogs, punch bait and stinkbait along channels, main lake, around points and standing timber. Ellsworth: November 10. Elevation below normal, water murky. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush structure and docks. Waurika: November 10. Elevation normal, water 60s and murky. Striped bass hybrids and white bass fair on cut bait, live shad and minnows along channels, dam and main lake.
