Meet Santa Claus, play in the snow at 'Christmas on the River Walk' in Flower Mound

Flower Mound, Texas -- Celebrate the most wonderful time of the year as Flower Mound’s hottest entertainment district hosts “Christmas on the River Walk,” a free afternoon of holiday-themed events. The fun happens from noon to 4:00 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4 at the River Walk at Central Park in Flower Mound.

Get into the holiday spirit with live music provided by Holiday Cheer (pictured), free hot cocoa and a snow play area perfect for making snow angels and snowmen. Snap your own photos with Santa Claus (and tell him what’s on your list!), then take a selfie with live reindeer and other holiday characters. Plus, create ornaments and decorations to brighten your home for the holidays.

Primo’s MX Kitchen & Lounge and Scout will be open for business during the festivities. Sfereco will be closed due to renovations, but its most popular menu items are available for purchase from Primo’s.

“The River Walk is a great place for the Flower Mound community to come together,” said Greg Retz, CEO of RWF&B, which owns the River Walk restaurants. “We hope local families will begin a new tradition of coming to the River Walk for an early dose of holiday magic.”
