Bonham, Texas -- Last Tuesday, twelve Bonham High School Warrior Band students traveled to Anna for Region band auditions; they prepared advanced level music to compete against students from across the region.

 

 

Out of the 12 students who auditioned, seven made a chair in the All-Region Band. Five of these students will advance to Area to compete for a spot in the All-State band in January. This is two more students making the All-Region Band than last year and one more advancing to Area.

Charlie Thompson - 2nd Chair Contra Bass Clarinet - Advanced to Area

 

Jay Long - 11th Chair 3A Trumpet - Spot in All-Region Band

 

J.R. Shelton - 3rd Chair Oboe - Spot in All-Region Band
