9. Discussion, consideration and action to approve minutes from 05/16/2023 (S)(S) and (R) – County Judge for County Clerk

11. Observance of Order signed by 336th Judicial District Judge Laurine Blake to set the salary of the County Auditor to $101,510.02 beginning October 1, 2023 – County Judge for District Clerk

12. Observance of Order signed by 336th Judicial District Judge Laurine Blake to set the salary of the County Auditor’s Assistants to $65,413.72, $58,392.93, $47,250.00 and $47,250.00 beginning October 1, 2023 - County Judge for District Clerk

13. Observance of Order signed by 336th Judicial District Judge Laurine Blake to set the base salary of the Official Court Reporter to $107,452.58 as of October 1, 2023 - County Judge for District Clerk

14. Discussion regarding Multipurpose Complex and adjoining properties – County Judge

16. Discussion, consideration and action to approve Judge Cunningham writing a letter on behalf of Fannin County to support the City of Bonham’s application for a Transportation Alternative Grant thru TxDOT – County Judge for Sean Pate, Bonham City Manager

17. Report of monies collected by the Fannin County Clerk’s office for April 2023; all courts combined - $18,767.26 and land records - $33,487.75  – County Judge for County Clerk

18. Discussion regarding future Justice Center space requested by the County Clerk – County Judge for County Clerk

19. Discussion, consideration and action to move $3,000.00 from Contingency (100-509-4750) to line item 100-403-3100 (County Clerk office supplies) due to deficit created by loss of funding for the administration of Vital Statistics - County Judge for County Clerk

20. Discussion, consideration and action regarding developers who do not adhere to the Fannin County Subdivision Rules and Regulations – Commissioner Precinct 3 for Development Services Director

21. Discussion, consideration and action to accept a $42,300.00 payment from Upper Trinity Regional Water District to Fannin County Road and Bridge Precinct 3 for added rock and work on CR 3365 and CR 3331; roads will be in place by the end of fiscal year 2023, weather permitting – Commissioner Precinct 3

22. Discussion, consideration and action to accept a $290,795.00 payment from Upper Trinity Regional Water District to Fannin County Road and Bridge Precinct 4 for added rock and work on County Roads 3330, 3335, 3340, 3341 and 3735; roads will be in place by the end of fiscal year 2023, weather permitting – Commissioner Precinct 4

23. Discussion, consideration and action to reappoint Harold Latham as representative for Fannin County to the Red River Groundwater Conservation District Board for an additional four-year term; September 1, 2023 – August 31, 2027 – County Judge

24. Discussion, consideration and action to appoint Judge Newt Cunningham to the Tri-County Senior Nutrition Project Board (SNAP) as representative for Fannin County per SNAP Bylaws – County Judge (for Greg Pittman, Executive Director of SNAP)

25. Discussion, consideration and action to reappoint Dr. James E. Froelich, III as Health Authority for Fannin County; effective March 26,2023 – March 25, 2025 – County Judge

26. Discussion regarding Trenton High Meadows Special Assessment Liens – County Judge

27. Discussion, consideration and action regarding agreement with Firetrol Protection Systems for Courthouse fire safety inspections of equipment and monthly pump runs – County Judge for County Auditor

28. Discussion, consideration and action regarding service contract between Fannin County and H&G Systems, L.P. for annual HVAC inspections; June 1, 2023 – May 31, 2024, $6,429.72 – County Judge for County Auditor

29. Discussion regarding Subdivision Committee and Subdivision Policy – County Judge

35. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Personnel Matters – a closed meeting will be held pursuant to Sec. 551.074 of the Government Code for (1) deliberation of personnel matters regarding the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or (2) to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee - County Judge

36. EXECUTIVE SESSION:  Consultation with Attorney - a closed meeting will be held pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Government Code to (1) seek the advice of its attorney regarding: (A) pending or contemplated litigation; or (B) a settlement offer; or (2) on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter – County Judge
