Jerry Don 'Uncle Jerry' Frazier

Bonham, Texas -- Jerry Don Frazier, known as "Uncle Jerry", 61, of Bonham, TX passed away on Friday, July 21, 2023 at Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX. He was born on July 19, 1962 in Honey Grove, TX to Jimmy Will Frazier and Lucille (Graves) Frazier.

Uncle Jerry had a love for cooking and all animals, especially cats. He worked at Dairy Queen as a cook.

He is survived by his husband, Mark Embaugh of Bonham, TX; mother Lucille Frazier of Bailey, TX; sister, Beverly Frazier of Bailey, TX; brother, James Frazier and wife Angela of Bonham, TX; sister, Sandra Thomas of Bailey, TX; brother, Ernest Frazier of Lamasco, TX; in addition to numerous extended family members and friends.

He is preceded in death by his father, Jimmy Frazier of Honey Grove, TX along with a host of aunts, uncles and 2 nephews.

A funeral service has been scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 26, 2023 at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home in Bonham, TX. Bro. Mark Posey will officiate. Interment will follow at Gates Hill Cemetery in Bonham, TX.

Serving as pallbearers will be Jeremiah Brown, Christopher Frazier, Rodney Bateman, Glen Frazier, and Frank Riley.

Serving as honorary pallbearers will be John Henry, Freddie Bean, and Ronald Bateman.

A visitation is scheduled for Tuesday, July 25, 2023 at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home in Bonham, TX from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
