Call to Order

1. Consider and take action to approve minutes of the August 14th regular meeting and the August 21st and August 28th special meetings.

2. Consider and take action to accept financial report for month ending August 31, 2023.

3. 4. Presentation of plaque to Employee of the Quarter.

5. Consider and take action to approve the resignation of Bill Chapman, Councilman Ward 4.

6. Consider and take action on a Special Use Permit / Zone Change located at 109 S. Center St (PID 77180) from Multi-Family Low Density to Local Business.

7. Consider and take action on a Special Use Permit / Zone Change located at 605 Svoboda (PID 77299) from Single Family Residential to Duplex.

8. Consider and take action to adopt the revised City of Bonham personnel policy.

9. Consider and take action to appoint Christina Tillet to the Texoma Community Center Board of Trustees.

10. Consider and take action on a resolution adopting a street and facility naming policy for the City of Bonham.

11. Consider and take action on a resolution amending the fiscal year 2022-2023 budget.

12. Hold public hearing and consider and take action on an ordinance conveying property at 908 Benton St. PID 90991.

13. Hold public hearing and consider and take action on an ordinance adopting the fiscal year 2023- 2024 operating budget for the City of Bonham.

14. Hold public hearing and consider and take action on an ordinance setting the 2023 Tax Rate on a first reading.

15. Hold public hearing and consider and take action on an ordinance establishing Water and Wastewater rates for City of Bonham water customers.

16. Hold public hearing and consider and take action on an ordinance amending Ordinance 1409 providing a permit, registration and re-inspection fee schedule.
