16. Report of monies collected by the Fannin County District Clerk’s office for August 2023, $24,610.47 – County Judge (for District Clerk)
17. Discussion regarding Subdivision Committee and Subdivision Policy – County Judge
18. Discussion regarding Courthouse repairs – County Judge
19. Discussion regarding Justice Center – County Judge
20. Discussion regarding County Budget and revenue sources – County Judge
21. Discussion regarding water issues affecting Fannin County – County Judge

23. EXECUTIVE SESSION: Consultation with Attorney - a closed meeting will be held pursuant to Section 551.071 of the Government Code to (1) seek the advice of its attorney regarding: (A) pending or contemplated litigation; or (B) a settlement offer; or (2) on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter - County Judge
