Windom, Texas -- A new Introductory Fused Glass class will start at the Windom Art School on Monday, October 30. Two time slots are available, 2:00-4:00 p.m., and 6:00-8:00 p.m. to accommodate those who prefer daytime classes and those that need an evening option. The class will meet weekly for four weeks.
Students will learn all the basic skills needed to operate safely and effectively in a warm glass studio, as well as take home some beautiful handmade treasures. The total cost is $80, all supplies included.
Students of any age, 14 and up, are welcome, but class sizes are limited to a maximum of 12. Grab your spot right away by visiting the school’s website at www.windomartschool.com or go to their Facebook page by simply searching for Windom Art School.
In addition to glass fusing, mornings are still open for homeschoolers or adults to study drawing and painting with Tatiana Murray. This is an incredible opportunity for close study with a world class artist right here in Fannin County.
Finally, the recently graduated continuing glass students will be meeting on Tuesday night, October 31, and we will be celebrating Halloween by treating visitors. Come on by, anytime from 6:00-8:00 p.m., at the Windom School building, 510 Maple, Windom, Texas.
