Commerce, Texas – With Halloween approaching, ghosts with a glow have arrived at the Northeast Texas Children’s Museum. Ghostly Glow Night will be Saturday,
October 12 from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.at the Northeast Texas Children’s Museum. Halloween costumes are encouraged to help give ghosts their glow.
The event will include dark areas in the museum with glow flying saucers to keep the ghosts away and glow frisbees to help light up the museum. Glow ring toss and Glow Corn Toss will also be a part of the evening. Young children who want to escape the Halloween ghouls will
have plenty of other attractions throughout the night.
MultiBall, the interactive sports wall, will have “Ghost Hunt” and other games available as part of the event. Each child will also receive a “glow” necklace. The many exhibits in the Children's Museum will be open for the play.
Halloween Limbo and a parade of children in their Halloween costumes will complete the evening. Spooky snacks in the Party Room will also be provided.
With activities that glow and some that don't, with ghostly food and Halloween Limbo, the Ghostly Glow Night event should be a time that children should remember as a special time with their families. Tickets are $10 per person before the event and $12 the day of the event.
