Leonard, Texas -- Bella Neaville finished with a team-high 14 kills and Riley Brown knocked down nine kills to help their Leonard Lady Tigers defeat the Howe Lady Bulldogs, 3-1, in Tuesday night's district game. 

Avery Ross put down four kills, Cheyanne Clark had three kills, Parker Evans contributed a pair of kills and Ashlynn Cavender had a kill.

Ava Flowers handed out 27 assists.

Cara Barlagne came up with seven digs, Cambree Fromme finished with four digs, Abigail Grady had three digs and Madison Jones slipped a pair of aces through the Howe defense.

Leonard and Howe split the first two sets, with Leonard taking the opener, 25-21, and Howe answering with a 25-23 victory in the second set.

Leonard took the next two sets, 25-18 and 25-20, to seal the deal.

Leonard will be on the road at S&S on Friday.
