Prosper, Texas -- To show just how competitive this match was, in the second set the score was tied 25-25, in the third set the teams were all knotted up at 24-24, and in the fourth set it was all even at 24-24.

Unfortunately for the McKinney Boyd Lady Broncos, the Hebron Hawks held on to win two of those nail-biters to advance to the area round into the playoffs.

Hebron took the opener, 25-18, and then managed to turn back McKinney Boyd, 27-25, in the second set to go up 2-0 in the match.

It was McKinney with a tough 26-24 win in the third set, but Hebron returned the favor with a 26-24 victory in the fourth set to win the match.

Hebron advances to take on the winner of Pearce/Lamar in the area round.
