Eisenhower Birthplace State Historic Site, a Texas Historical Commission property, showcases the modest
one-and-a-half-story home where the 34th U.S. President Dwight D. Eisenhower entered the world in 1890.
Family photographs and “Ike” memorabilia fill the visitor center and help tell the real story of the famed WWII General’s life and career. The site also includes a larger-than-life-sized statue and a picnic area.
