A Special Meeting of the Board of Trustees of Bonham ISD will be held January 7, 2025, beginning at 6:00 PM in the Bonham ISD Administration Center, 1005 Chestnut Street, Bonham, TX 75418.

One or more board members may attend the meeting via video conference pursuant to Texas Government Code § 551.127.

6. Action Item: Consider, discuss and possibly approve removing Dr. Joy Wilson and adding Chance Roberts and Sean Floyd to all Bonham ISD accounts at First United Bank of Texas

7. Action Item: Condiser, discuss and possibly approve TASB Staffing and Salary studies to be conducted

8. Information Item: Hear Presentation from Superintendent Search Firm

9. Action Item: Consider, discuss and possibly approve selecting Superintendent Search Firm
