Red River Unitarian Universalist Church will hear the Rev. Dr. Christine Tata speak on the topic "Fiery Tongues and Fighting Words" at 11:15 a.m. Sunday.  Dr. Tata, an ordained minister in the United Church of Christ, is Director of Policy Administration for the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center.  Her sermon focuses on seemingly innocent but loaded words that are used to keep people unsettled and ineffective. 

At 10:00 a.m., Adult Forum will watch and discuss Video #7 in the Cultural Literacy for Religion series, about Buddhism's Four Noble Truths and the way the religion evolved in different cultures.  RRUU meets at 515 Burnett Ave. in Denison.  A nursery is provided, and all are welcome at church events.  More information about Unitarian Universalism is at www.rruu.org.
