THE BONHAM CITY COUNCIL WILL BE MEETING FOR THE PURPOSE OF SPECIAL CALLED MEETING

AGENDA

1.         Call to order.

2.         Oath of Office for Council Members Elect administered by City of Bonham Municipal Court Judge John Skotnik.

3.         Consider and take action to select Mayor Pro tem.

4.         Oath of Office for Mayor Pro tem administered by City of Bonham Municipal Court Judge John Skotnik.

5.         Consider and take action to appoint individual to fill a vacancy on the Bonham Economic Development Corporation – unexpired term, August 31, 2013

6.         Discuss and consider and take action to authorize demolition and securing of remains of collapsed buildings at 111, 113, 115, and 117 East Fifth Street.

7.         Recess into closed executive session pursuant to Texas Government Code §551.071 for consultation with city attorney regarding proposed demolition and securing of remains of     collapsed buildings at 111, 113, 115, and 117 East Fifth Street.

8.         Reconvene into open session and consider and take action, if necessary, on executive session discussion item.

9.         Adjourn.
