9.      BUSINESS

9.1    Consider and act upon approving Ordinance 2013-03 Granting Atmos Energy a Franchise Agreement.

9.2    Consider and possible action on Resolution 2013-05 adopting a rate review mechanism agreement with Atmos Energy.

9.3    Consider and act upon selecting a new Mayor Pro-Tem for a 1 year term.

9.4    Consider and act upon approving Annual Financial Report for the Year Ended September 30, 2012.   

9.5    Consider and act upon approving quote from Grayson County Pct. 1 for pot-hole patching $2,726.20.

9.6    Consider and act upon revoking Ordinance 99-2-1 establishing a water rate for the Snap Center.

9.7    Consider and act upon approving Resolution 2013-04 Lucy Williams Memorial Hwy.

9.8    Consider and act upon moving the June 10th Council meeting to June 17 and the July 8th Council meeting to July 15th.
