Sherman -- The ninth annual Earth Day Texoma will be held April 22, 2017, 9:00 a.m.—5:00 p.m. at Sherman Municipal Grounds, 405 N. Rusk in Sherman, with the theme “Exploring the Natural World.” 
The event is a community-wide, free, fun, family event that offers practical ways ordinary people can improve the health of the planet, their children, and themselves.
Features include workshops, a keynote address, children’s art show and activities, recycling opportunities, plant sales, and vendors of environmentally-friendly products.
