Leonard, Texas -- Three gyms were busy in Leonard last week as 13 volleyball teams converged on Leonard High School for the sixth annual Leonard Spikefest.

The event ran Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with 13 teams on the courts. Leonard, Anna, Blue Ridge and Commerce all had two teams in the Spikefest, while Farmersville, Van Alstyne, Miller Grove, Wolfe City and North Hopkins each had one team at the event.
