Arlington, Texas --  Colorful dragon boats are sailing to Viridian for the 1st annual Arlington Dragon Boat Festival Race for Education, 8:30 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday, June 15. 

The public is invited to the shores of Lake Viridian, 1001 Viridian Park Lane, for a free day of Asian cultural activities including folk dancing, food trucks, calligraphy lessons and more. Children can visit the Reading Booth and try their hand at Asian art.

The race benefits the  US Pan Asian American Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation.
