Local Yocal Farm to Market’s Steak 101 Class

McKinney, Texas -- Get a crash course in all things concerning beef at Local Yocal Farm to Market’s Steak 101 Class.

Hosted by Local Yocal’s knowledgeable and entertaining owner and famed rancher Matt Hamilton and Head Butcher Adam Stone, the immersive class will have attendees leaving as carnivore connoisseurs.

Steak-enthusiasts are encouraged to bring their appetite and beverage of their choice, as the class ends with a delicious tasting of over 17 fine beef cuts including; grass-fed Wagyu and 100% Angus, house-made sausage, ribeye, filet, Local Yocal’s signature McKinney steak and much more.
