Kathy was born May 15, 1966 to parents William James Scott and Retha Carolyn Newman in Hobbs, New Mexico. She enjoyed reading, spending time with family, time on the computer and quiet time with God. Kathy passed away into the arms of her Savior Jesus Christ on Wednesday, September 13, 2023.
