Honey Grove, Texas -- Wilma Faye Pearce was born April 23, 1939, to Calvin and Eller (Bonham) Helms in Roxton, TX. Mrs. Pearce passed away September 20, 2024, at her residence in Honey Grove, TX.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Petty, TX beginning at 2:00 p.m. Bro. Terry Paul Cunningham will preside.

Wilma was an experienced seamstress who worked at several sewing places in her career including, Bonham Sewing Factory, The Banner, and was a supervisor at
Fannin Land. As a family-oriented woman Wilma always cherished spending time with her loved ones as well as gardening and tending to her flower beds until she was no longer able to do so.

Mrs. Pearce is survived by her son Marshall Underwood of Honey Grove, daughter Julie McNeece and husband Roger of Paris, TX, grandchildren; Kelly Recheal, Cassie Ann, Amber Faye, Sarah Mechelle, Destiny Ann Mullers, Dustin Wayne McNeece, Matthew Aaron McNeece, Christina and Paul Steedman, 22 great grandkids, 3 great great grandkids, as well as her sisters, Teresa and Brenda Helms.

Wilma is preceded in death by her parents Calvin and Eller, husband Kenneth Pearce, and daughter Deborah Abston and husband John (Bear) Abston.
