Austin College theater production to honor Christopher Ferdinand Durang

Sherman, Texas -- Laughter is the best medicine! We could all use a dose right now. Come laugh with us at 8:00 p.m. on October 4 and 5 at the Austin College theater production to honor the late Christopher Ferdinand Durang (January 2, 1949 – April 2, 2024). He was an American playwright known for works of outrageous and often absurd comedy.

The production includes - The Funeral Parlor - (written for Carol Burnett and Robin Williams) and directed by Kirk Everist, PhD, along with four short Durang plays directed by four student directors, followed by 30 minutes of The Austin College Improv Troupe. All safe for high school audiences. Cost $8.00 or a student ID or a TEDX ID.
