Lucas, Texas - A field goal late in the fourth quarter lifted the Lovejoy Leopards to a three-point win over the Melissa Cardinals.

The game was tied 21-21 at halftime. With less than a minute to play, the field gave Lovejoy a 41-38 victory.

The Leopards are 3-0 in district and the loss drops Melissa to 2-1.
