Sherman, Texas -- On Thursday, October 24, popular YA author E. Lockhart will visit the Sherman Public Library and Sherman ISD for AuthorFest! This exciting annual event has now moved to October, and the library and school district are thrilled to be welcoming Ms. Lockhart, whose suspense-filled young adult novels like We Were Liars and Genuine Fraud are best-sellers.
While in Sherman, Ms. Lockhart will give presentations and do book signings at Sherman High School and the Sherman Public Library. The general public is invited to the library presentation, which will start at 6:30 p.m.
“E. Lockhart is known for her razor-sharp storytelling and plots that keep you guessing until the very last page,” said Young Adult Librarian Sonia Pereira. “Her novels explore the complexities of identity, memory, and truth in ways that resonate deeply with readers of all ages.”
