Bonham, Texas -- It was a great night for the Bonham High School Lady Warriors basketball program.
The JV took care of business to start the night with a double digit win, 37-18!
Varsity came out on top with a 44-40 win over Cooper. Leading the Lady Warriors was senior Hingrid Pedraza with 17 points, 4 rebounds, and 8 steals, followed behind with Gray Lancaster with 8 points and 3 steals.
“I'm very proud of how the kids played last night," said Bonham head coach Ashley Crockett. "The kids came out with a lot of nerves, but once the ball went up they came out and competed. I am very happy and pleased with how they competed last night and looking forward to the season ahead.”
