· Lamb Chops ($44)
o Paired with creamy polenta, Parmesan Reggiano, glazed carrots, roasted cippolini, lamb jus
· For those with a sweet tooth, Texas Pecan Pie with Bourbon Whipped Cream also will be available for dessert.
