15. Approve renting a belly dump trailer for six months for Precinct 1; $500 per month – Commissioner Precinct 1

16. Approve the Multipurpose Complex Gift Deed and Bill of Sale to the City of Bonham and authorize County Judge to sign on behalf of the County – County Judge

17. Discussion and possible action regarding additional secure storage areas at the Justice Center – County Clerk

18. Discussion and possible action regarding the creation of an Elections Administrator position in Fannin County – County Clerk

19. Review bid and approve rebidding for Culverts for all precincts – Purchasing Agent

20. Approve rebidding for Fuel and Oil for all precincts as no bids were received – Purchasing Agent
