Bonham, Texas -- Families filled historic downtown Bonham, Texas on Friday evening, December 6, 2024 to watch the annual Bonham Christmas Parade circle around the 1888 Fannin County Courthouse.

This event ushers in the Christmas season in one of the oldest towns in Texas, and Bonham Chamber of Commerce gave residents a spectacular parade to remember!

As the parade ended, residents headed to Lollipop Lane at 112 West 3rd. Street for a S'mores Cook-off while the parade winners were announced.

"We think that all of the participants outdid themselves in the decorations on the floats, vehicles, walking props and animal entries for the 2024 Gnome for the Holidays Holiday Parade," remarked Sam Lumpkins, Executive Director of Bonham Area Chamber of Commerce. "And we certainly thank all of our participants: Bonham PD, Bonham Fire, BHS Band & WarDancers, LH Rather War Dancers, Randy Pendergrass, Smore Cook-off Teams and Mr. & Mrs. Clause for making the magic happen."
