Bonham, Texas -- Jerry Christine Treybig was born December 19, 1933, in Knox City, TX, to Lewis Lee and Opal Christine (Cottner) Wright. Jerry passed away December 10, 2024, at her residence in Ivanhoe, TX.

Visitation for Mrs. Treybig will be held Friday, December 13, 2024 at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral Home in Bonham, TX, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Graveside services and interment will be held Saturday December 14, 2024, at Restland Cemetery Garden of Devotion in Dallas, TX, beginning at 1:00 p.m. Mr. Kevin Wright will preside.

Serving as pallbearers will be Brock Treybig, Jeremy Treybig, Brent Treybig, Kevin Wright, Notoshi Riley, and James Collinsworth.

Jerry married Mr. William Carl "Bill" Treybig II on April 24,1953 in Mesquite, Texas. They went on to have 2 sons. Jerry was a woman of the Christian Faith who
enjoyed the simple pleasures in life, especially playing skip bo, bingo and loved dressing fancy to go dancing. She also loved her a good garage sale.

Mrs. Treybig is survived by her son Jerry Dewayne Treybig and wife Jessica of Ivanhoe, TX, grandchildren; Ceason Morris and Clint of Tishomingo, OK, Brock and Ana Treybig of Washburn, ND, Lacie Treybig of Bonham, TX, Jeremy and Chelbi Treybig of Ivanhoe, TX, Brent and Heather Treybig of Ravenna, TX, Temperance Treybig and Cody of Melissa, TX, and Christopher Reyes of Grand Prairie, TX, 11 great-grandchildren; Evelyn, Mia, Notoshi, Malachi, Ava, Meshach, Micaiah, Dyanni, Hayzlee, Brooklinn, and baby girl Treybig due in March, siblings; Gerald Lewis Wright of Frankston, TX., Shirley Brown of Garland, TX, and siter-in-law Ruth Wright of Fate, TX, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents Lewis and Opal Wright, her beloved husband Bill Treybig, her son William Carl “Butch” Treybig, Sister-in-law Ellen Wright, Brother Jackie Wright, and Brother-in-law Ralph Brown.
