Bonham, Texas -- Mary Jane Goodwin of Bonham received her wings on December 18, 2024, at the age of 97.  She was born June 23, 1927, in Ohio to Charles and Margaret (Kulp) Dunfee. Preceding her were her parents, sister and 3 brothers.

Mary came to Texas in the early 1950s with her husband and baby daughter, Toni.  At this time, she loved being a homemaker and mother...with their 2nd daughter,
Tina, being born a short time later.  In the 1970s, she went to work at Gibson's, Ben Franklin, Wal-Mart and then to Wolfe City at Texas Tag where she retired after 14 years as an inspector in the Shipping Dept.

She is survived by daughters Toni Reed of Sherman TX, and Tina Jones & husband Jerry of Dodd City TX.  Niece Linda Barnhart & husband Steve of CA.
Grandchildren Melissa Foster, Jeremy Jones & wife Karen of Dodd City TX, Crystal (Jones) Morris & husband Robert of Dodd City TX, and Jeff Jones of
Bonham TX.  Great-grandchildren Dillon Jones & fiancé Revae, Cameron Jones, Sara Garcia, Spencer Garcia, Siera Garcia, Nautica Morris, Aja Morris, Kristen
Wadford, Brittany Wadford, and Justin Jones & fiancé Liz. Great-great-grandchildren Rylen Foster, Cassian Foster, Jaelyn Jones, and Ellis Jones.

Graveside services will be held at Willow Wild Cemetery in Bonham on Saturday, December 21, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.
