This is official notice that there will be a Public Hearing at 5:00 pm, Monday, January 6, 2025, in the Community Room of the Sherman Police Department, 2600 W. Travis St., Sherman, Texas, for the following Ordinances. The Meeting at which these Ordinances are to be considered is open to the public as required by law.

Closing And Abandoning Multiple Rights Of Way Being Established In Volume 5, Page 1; Volume 9, Page 3; And Volume 16, Page 164, Plat Records, Grayson County, Texas And Being More Particularly Described In The Attached Exhibits "A," "B," And "C" Attached Hereto And Made A Part Hereof For All Purposes

I, Linda Ashby, City Clerk of the City of Sherman, Grayson County, Texas, do hereby certify that the above and foregoing is a true and correct copy of the caption of Ordinance No. 6799, which will be submitted to the Sherman City Council at the Regular Meeting of January 6, 2025, for introduction, public hearing and adoption.
