Bonham, Texas -- Timothy Theodore Chambers passed away Thursday, January 16, 2025, at TMC Hospital in Denison, Texas. A visitation will be held on Thursday, January 23 at Cooper-Sorrells Funeral home beginning at 1:00 p.m., Memorial Service to follow at 2:00 p.m.

Timothy was born April 27, 1979, in Sherman, Texas. The son of Bill T. Chambers and Connie Faye (Clark) Chambers. Timothy worked in construction and remodeling; he could build anything, as well as being a talented artist.

Timothy loved the outdoors, playing basketball with Larry T., spending time with his favorite dog, Kangaroo Jed, fishing at Bonham Lake, hiking trails in Broken Bow, Oklahoma and Colorado Springs, Colorado. he also loved to cook and grill, making canned quail eggs and he liked his food extra spicy with his love for hot peppers especially ghost peppers. He would say, the hotter the better.

Timothy had many nicknames: Timbo, Timafee, Tirm, Timmy and Timothy Theodore-when he made mom mad. Especially, when he was tormenting his sister, Lynne, by putting locust in her permed hair and putting grass snakes, frogs and turtles in his overall pockets and in his sister’s dresser drawers.

Timothy took amazing care of our mom when she fell ill, he had the biggest heart and loved you hard.

Timothy is preceded in death by parents, maternal grandparents Rufus and Juanita Clark, paternal grandparents Warren and Willie Mae Chambers.
Survived by wife Amanda, sons, Trevor, Tyler, Larry T., Sister Lynne Meyer, husband Greg, niece Hailey Hicks, husband Justin, niece Madie Smith, husband Zach, nephew Logan Warren, wife Miranda, great nieces Emerie Hicks, Maybree Warren, great nephews Asher Hicks, Colton Hicks, Cayden Warren and Chevy Warren.
