TAKE NOTICE THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE
FANNIN COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL BE HELD ON
Tuesday, February 4, 2025
9:00 AM

6. Approve payment of bills – County Auditor

DISCUSSION, CONSIDERATION AND ACTION ITEMS:

7. Approve appointment of Sheriff Cody Shook to the Texas Community Center’s Board of Trustees – County Judge

8. Approve donating 16 used Axon tasers from the Sheriff’s office to school police officers – Sheriff Cody Shook

9. Approve renewal of Safe Fleet for Sheriff and Constable offices for technical support of body and vehicle camera systems and authorize County Judge to sign renewal agreement – County Judge

10. Discussion, presentation and possible action regarding Enterprise Fleet Management for County vehicles – County Judge for Nick Hardwick, Senior Account Executive at Enterprise

11. Approve Order transferring property between Precinct 2 and Precinct 3; 2018 Boom Mower, $116,000.00 – County Judge

12. Approve reappointment of the following members to the Fannin County Child Welfare Board: Ramirez Ortiz (Treasurer), Alicia Whipple (Chair), Mary Karl (Secretary), Ashley Wilson, Edwina Lane (Vice-Chair), Mike Nejtek, Randy Vasquez, Brian Neal, Amanda McDonald and David Thompson – County Auditor

13. Approve purchase of 1988 ATHEY 7-12D Asphalt Paver Force Fee Loader for Precinct 3; $20,000.00 from Robertson Paving – Purchasing Agent

14. Approve the installation of a data cable in the lobby of the East Annex for Texas Department of Public Safety use at no cost to the County – County Judge

15. Approve wording of new Interlocal Agreement for road maintenance –County Judge

16. Approve sending new Interlocal Agreement for road maintenance to cities and towns – County Judge

17. Approve appointment of Commissioner Kurt Fogelberg to the Bois d’Arc Lake Zoning Commission to replace Gary Fernandes and re-up current members for their original term limit – County Judge

18. Approve appointment of Commissioner Kurt Fogelberg to the Lake Ralph Hall Zoning Commission to replace Jerry Magness and re-up current members for their original term limit – County Judge

19. Approve appointing Russell Duckworth to the Lake Ralph Hall Zoning Commission to replace Greg Morris – County Judge
